Mark and Wendy, Fiona and Tim did a lot of work to bring The Old Dairy up to standard after they bought it in 2011 – and this winter they are putting even more effort into creating the perfect get away for their family. Fortunately for the rest of us it is available for self catering holidays too.

The kitchen will get lovely Cornish Slate surfaces and new lighting under the cabinets. We’ve had great meals there already – it will raise expectations higher! And upstairs the middle of the three bedrooms will have a make over along with the bathroom too.

Outside there’s comfortable new garden furniture that should be heavy enough to resist the efforts of the sou’westerlies, as well as making the most of the afternoon and evening sun.

The Old Dairy sleeps six in comfort, and has a log burner that is so homely you’ll want to light it at any time of the year.
